Privacy Policy
Studio Mundial operates Three Clues, a word game in which players write clues for an AI to guess.
Information we process
- Account and game data: an anonymous account identifier, display name, progress, scores, virtual currency, purchase entitlement, multiplayer membership, and clues you submit.
- Service data: basic device, diagnostics, and network information needed to operate, secure, and improve the game.
- Advertising data: Google Mobile Ads may process device identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices. Where required, the game asks for consent before requesting ads.
- Purchase data: RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play process product, transaction, entitlement, and store-account information. We do not receive full payment-card details.
- AI processing: clues are sent to our configured AI service solely to generate a game guess and protect game integrity.
How we use information
We use data to run solo and multiplayer games, save progress, prevent fraud, provide purchases, show and measure ads, diagnose faults, respond to support, and comply with law.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with infrastructure and service providers, including Supabase, Google Mobile Ads, RevenueCat, Apple or Google, and the configured AI provider. Multiplayer display names, clues, guesses, and scores may be visible to other players in the same match.
Retention and deletion
Game data is retained while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and transaction records. You can permanently delete your account and game data inside Settings. Store transaction records may remain with Apple, Google, and RevenueCat as legally required.
Your choices
You can manage ad privacy choices in Settings, decline tracking where offered, restore purchases, or delete your account. Device settings may provide additional controls.
Children
Three Clues is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service if local law requires parental consent that has not been provided.
